Please plan on attending the opening Thursday night dinner hosted at the Umbra Restaurant at the Canopy Hotel ($80 per person) and the special Friday night reception and dinner at the historic Aster River Room, located just across the Stone Arch Bridge on the banks of the Mississippi River. We are pleased to share that the Friday dinner will be offered at a discounted rate of $35 per person, made possible through the generous sponsorship from Munich Re and is a benefit extended to our members this year!

Note: If you are not able to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds for the evening activities (but not membership fees) may be requested by April 30, 2026, by emailing mmdadocs@gmail.com or by completing the “Contact Us” page. Refunds will be in the form of a check. No refunds on evening activities will be available after this date.
If you are paying separately for a guest, please submit one reservation for you as a member and select the price for member only. Then you can submit another reservation indicating the name of your guest and select the price for guest only.
