Reserve Evening Activities – MMDA 2026

Please plan on attending the opening Thursday night dinner hosted at the Umbra Restaurant at the Canopy Hotel ($80 per person) and the special Friday night reception and dinner at the historic Aster River Room, located just across the Stone Arch Bridge on the banks of the Mississippi River. We are pleased to share that the Friday dinner will be offered at a discounted rate of $35 per person, made possible through the generous sponsorship from Munich Re and is a benefit extended to our members this year!

Please complete the following information. The payment listed below includes a 3% processing fee. You are invited to bring a guest(s). The price is the same for both members and guests. If you wish to proceed with one transaction, simply choose "member + guest" for the dinners prior to checking out. If you prefer to use a different form of payment for your guest, please submit one reservation for you as a member and select the price for member only. Then you can submit another reservation indicating the name of your guest and select the price for guest only.

Note: If you are not able to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds for the evening activities (but not membership fees) and minus the initial processing fee, may be requested by April 30, 2026, by emailing mmdadocs@gmail.com or by completing the "Contact Us" page. Refunds will be in the form of a check. No refunds on evening activities will be available after this date.

Thursday evening

  • Reception 5:45p, Canopy Pantry
  • Dinner at 6:30p, Umbra Retreat

Friday evening

  • Reception 5:45p, meet in the lobby at 5:20 for walkers.
  • Dinner 7:00p, Aster River Room

Attire: business casual for Thursday dinner and Friday session, casual for Friday evening.
